With 7 sites from Rockhampton to Brisbane, 13 services and over 700 residents, the decision to replace the current IT clinical program currently utilised by Queensland Baptist Care was a significant organisational decision.

Helen Wallace, the Executive Manager Aged Care Services, had clearly defined criteria. The new system had to be user friendly, tried and tested, cost effective and must display a range of adaptability.

Last December the decision was made to move with iCare. Five months later the implementation is going smoothly.

"Our association with iCare has more than lived up to our expectations. The system is performing well which is due in no small part to the quality of the system and the open communication that we receive from iCare. The iCare team has made this project a pleasurable one for us all," Helen Wallace commented.
