Queensland aged care provider PresCare, with 6 facilities servicing over 400 beds and growing, recognized that they needed to expand their IT capability. Care Documentation was an important criteria. The new system needed to meet PresCare’s stringent efficiency demands required of its services and staff.

PresCare researched a variety of solutions to facilitate an efficient and easy to use electronic care documentation system. The decision to use the iCare Solution was influenced by iCare's use of web based technology and ease of use for PresCare's target audience.
