With 4 facilities in Adelaide and 2 in Darwin, Masonic Homes manages over 400 aged care beds, providing high and low care, as well as independent units and community care packages.

After a review of their IT needs, they recognised that relieving the workload for nurses and providing a tool for analysing resident data was crucial. The new system also had to be user friendly and provided by a company who could support them for the long term.

Currently installing the iCare system, Christine Hudson is well pleased with both the iCare service and system.

"The installation of any IT system is a huge undertaking. We are pleasantly surprised with how smooth the process has been thus far. iCare are responsive and easy to deal with and have got a lot experience, which is a great benefit to us," she said.
