Ashfield Baptist Homes has been operating for over 50 years in Sydney's inner west. With 136 aged care beds they offer a combination of high and low care services.

Although they had computerised roster and payroll systems, a review highlighted the need to implement a more cohesive system. After reviewing the available software options, they decided to implement the iCare Software Solution.

Commencing with a thorough training programme of all administrative, nursing and casual staff, the iCare system went live in February this year. The results have been impressive with it being embraced across all areas of the operation.

"Right across the board our staff has been excited about implementing iCare. Even those who had never picked up a mouse feel empowered by the change. The ability to eliminate tedious and messy chores, such as filing, has been a wonderful benefit. Our personnel are now free to do other far more productive tasks," said Lorraine Read.
