The application is built upon Microsoft .NET framework and utilises Microsoft SQL Server as data storage. The system provides a variety of user interfaces that can be accessed via a range of devices including desktops, laptops and mobile devices. The configuration of devices is flexible and based upon workflow requirements within the aged care facility.
