User Group Meetings

User group meetings are held in each state and are included as a standard feature in all iCare customers annual Service Plan (there is no cost to attend).

User group meetings provide us with an opportunity to present our technological landscape for the next 12-18 months and to receive customer feedback. Feedback received at user group meetings has directly impacted our product roadmap and development schedule to ensure we are providing a solution that meets our customer’s needs.

The meetings are structured to provide networking opportunities for our customers so they can share ideas and learn from one another.
