At iCare, we are aware that poor education and training of staff often results in ineffective IT systems, which fail to deliver the promised improvements.
iCare’s training programs are therefore designed to suit your organisation’s needs. Our experienced training consultants provide the guidance required to not only learn the iCare solution, but to apply it to your clinical setting. Training can be delivered off site if required but is typically held at your facility so staff can feel comfortable learning in their own environment.
Prior to training, iCare conducts staff surveys to identify those who have either never used a computer or those staff with minimal computer literacy skills so they can begin an early learning and development program prior to commencing software training to give them the confidence to embrace the iCare solution.
The staff survey also identifies people who would be suitable to participate in the Train the Trainer program. Once trained, the nominated “Train the Trainers” proceed in training the balance of your nursing, care and allied health staff at your organisation.
