Our implementation success stems from our Implementation Planning Study (IPS) which consists of in-house workshops conducted by our implementation team to form an understanding of your care objectives and workplace practices prior to implementation. A clear project plan is provided, highlighting critical success factors and key milestones, so your implementation is as smooth as possible.

iCare has successfully completed the largest software implementation (over 5000 beds across 6 regions) in aged care, on time and under budget, at UnitingCare Ageing. We have also successfully implemented our solution at a 20 bed, single site facility.

In 2010, BaptistCare WA won the ITAC Best Implementation of the Year (over 650 beds) with Embleton Care and Catholic Care – Newcastle runners up. In 2009, Cedar Place Aged Care Facility won the ITAC Best Implementation of the Year (under 150 beds) with UnitingCare Ageing runners up.
