iCare and QPS Benchmarking have identified a way to streamline the workflow in aged care for our joint customers by including fields required for benchmarking purposes in iCare’s Assessment Forms. Information captured at the point of care in iCare can now be readily used for QPS Benchmarking purposes to identify areas of improvement, important for achieving Accreditation.
