To enable a robust eHealth solution for the Australian aged care industry, iCare formed a partnership with best of breed company, HCN.
HCN is Australia’s leading provider of medical and practice management software to clinicians, including owning the intellectual property of Medical Director.
This partnership has produced an interface that allows information from Medical Director to be transferred into iCare’s Clinical, Care and Medication Management Solution.
It creates a consolidated view of up to date health information in a single electronic health record within iCare and hence reduces the risks associated with poorly informed decision making.
iCare and HCN have also enabled a link within iCare to give customers access to AusDI Advanced, an online medicines information resource.
The iCare: eLink is currently the only aged care solution that is fully integrated into and supported by Medical Director.”
