In 2006, iCare and Epicor formed a partnership that has reduced duplicate data entry for dual customers.

Epicor’s Senior Living Solution (Epicor SLS) is a highly flexible IT solution, designed specifically for the aged care industry that manages core financial and resident information.

iCare and Epicor create a seamless workflow for customers. When a resident first comes to an aged care facility, a record is created in Epicor SLS. Once the resident is admitted, staff create an ‘episode of care’ using Epicor SLS which automatically creates an entry into iCare’s Clinical, Care and Medication Management Solution so information only needs to be entered once creating efficiencies for staff and removing room for data error or inconsistencies.
