The Vietnam Veterans Keith Payne VC Hostel has operated on the New South Wales central coast for the past 16 years. With 56 veteran residents, the hostel is an excellent example of how iCare’s Clinical and Care Solution can have a significant impact on the bottom line of a residential aged care facility.

Since implementing iCare in May 2006, resident documentation has been significantly enhanced. This has resulted in an amazing 35% increase in government subsidies. RCS audits have also significantly improved, due to the quality of the data that is now captured.
