The 2010 ITAC awards were open to Aged and Community Care Providers and their implementation partners (vendors or service providers) who have effectively used ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) to improve business outcomes in the Australian Aged and Community Care environment.
Embleton Care and Catholic Care – Newcastle were runners up in the their respective categories for Best Implementation of the Year under 150 beds and Best Implementation of the Year 150 to 650 beds award.
Baptist Care WA and Catholic Care – Newcastle implemented iCare’s Clinical and Care Management Solution successfully by following the Implementation Planning Study (IPS) iCare completed and invested in their implementation to ensure not only it’s success but that they would have a sustainable system in the future.
